Foil printing is a decorative textile process where a thin layer of metallic or pigmented foil is transferred onto fabric using heat and adhesive. It involves first printing a special adhesive onto the fabric in the desired pattern, then placing the metallic foil on top. Through heat and pressure (via a heat press or roller), the foil bonds to the adhesive areas only, creating a shiny, reflective design that feels premium and modern.

It’s most effective on synthetic and blended fabrics like polyester, which work well with heat and foil transfer.

    Why It Matters?

    - Striking Visual Appeal: Foil adds a high-shine, luxurious look that catches the eye — perfect for accentuating patterns or branding elements.
    - Customizable Effects: Available in gold, silver, copper, holographic, and custom tints — foil printing lets you create a range of effects from subtle elegance to bold glam.
    - Durable Yet Lightweight: When done right, foil printing is long-lasting, doesn’t weigh down the fabric, and retains flexibility — essential for soft furnishings and upholstery.
